We've been studying Progressive Web App design & development for two years now. There was once a horse and buggy (the website) and it just worked... No matter the browser, device or operating system - websites worked in the browser. There was then a steam car (mobile app) but it was impracticable for users (unless you had this phone type or that phone type), it was not affordable by small businesses (iPhone app, Android App, Microsoft App and Blackberry App + a website? - small businesses couldn't afford that... Enter the gasoline car and now...
